Didn’t have a deep skillet so I cooked the pasta separately and added later. Tasted fine though I’ll probable add more seasoning or something. We used medium salsa.

So much better than I expected!! I doubled this recipe, used homemade taco seasoning, ground turkey, added some garlic and black beans, and subbed two cans of roasted diced tomatoes for the salsa.

I used mini penne because that’s what we had on hand. I cooked the noodles separately and only added about 1.5 cups of water. Turned out great and was a hit with my son!

Ity was fast but just be careful and don't add too much water 2 cups you should try 1 1/2 cup of water first. everyone loved it but the cook (AKA ME)

Yum! Used a little less salsa, full box of 16oz rotini (added extra water to cover it all), and extra cheese. Sour cream added at the end too.

I make this about once a month now, and have tried it with a variety of different pasta's, always good! We top with sour cream and green onions usually!

Made this for dinner a couple of nights ago and it was sooooo amazing my son and husband were talking about it for days wanting to know we could have it again.

Made this exactly as written with no changes and it was super easy and really good! My pasta took exactly 15 mins, added fresh cilantro, avocado and Greek yogurt for toppings.

Very tasty recipe! Super easy to make, and who doesn’t love pasta, cheese, and salsa?? Will make this again! Will probably add more cheese next time just for fun!

It was okay. Won't make again. It took the noodles forever to cook. Way longer than 15 min. I had to keep adding water and more taco seasoning. I have a chili mac and cheese recipe that I like a lot better.
